  2. Excel 2000, Excel XP [2002], Excel 2003 or higher - further upgrades to better support later Excel Versions may be available as Microsoft releases them – please check back for announcements after any new Microsoft Excel Version release and see our Note On Excel 2007.

  3. Internet Explorer 5.0+ (or Netscape 6.0+ with an Authenticode plug-in) recommended - this is principally necessary: a) to support the Authenticode verification of our Digital Signature so you can avoid unnecessary Security Warnings when using this application; and b) to allow direct connection to the Internet from various links in this application.
